What will be your daily pursuit?
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will create lasting memories for our guests every time they walk into our store.

What will your compensation be?
The starting wage for this role is $18.00/hour.

When does this adventure begin?
This role begins April 20, and runs to October 18, 2025.

What will you do in this job?
- Oversee the sales of souvenirs, clothing, and jewelry.
- Uphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and display.
- Learn to operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, including the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash-out forms.
- Ensure that the sales floor is restocked prior to the store opening for guests, and storage areas are clean and organized.
- Communicate with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
- Be comfortable with upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize the potential of staff incentives.
- Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
- Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?
- Must be excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
- Previous guest service and cash handling experience is an asset.
- Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Speaking a second language is an asset.
- Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Enjoy working with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must meet the organization's grooming and appearance standards.
