As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in shaping the platform by building predictive models, analyzing data, and ensuring high-quality pipelines. What you will be doing:

• Extract insights and develop predictive models using AI tools to provide personalized recommendations.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and improve user experience.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with the development team in an agile environment to drive innovation.
• Research and integrate new AI/ML techniques to enhance platform capabilities.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a proven track record in machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with big data technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with wearable technology or health-related data.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Salary/Rate Range: CAD $85,000–$115,000 per year (equity options available, based on experience and skills)
