The Senior Change Advisor provides Prosci's clients with ongoing support and coaching on the application of Prosci’s Change Management Methodology. As a Senior Change Advisor, you will lead small to medium change projects to accelerate change adoption and deliver client success. You will bring an expertise in the Prosci Change Management methodology, tools, research, and methods, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully deliver change for the client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small to medium change projects

  • Create and execute strategies and plans for communications, training, resistance management, coaching, and sponsor roadmaps.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans, coordinating efforts with team members and functional leads.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business strategies, support sponsors and managers, and lead change champion teams to drive adoption success.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications per the change management strategy, incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Identify, measure, track, and report key change metrics, revising plans based on these metrics to improve success.
  • Collaborate to enhance the CM practice, develop change maturity, and create a roadmap for planned initiatives.
  • Plan, deliver, develop, and execute change initiatives for organizational transformation programs.
  • Identify, analyze, report, and mitigate risks related to transformational change, developing evaluation frameworks for post-implementation performance.
  • Write and edit communications to shape internal narratives around strategic pillars, promoting recognition and adoption.

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including diagnostic capabilities (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation, oral / written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information with attention to detail to drive impact.
  • Project team leadership and coaching experience
  • Proven experience executing three or more full life cycle change management initiatives from value proposition and strategic planning through adoption measurement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the application of the Prosci Change Management Methodology, tools, research, and methods

Qualifications

  • Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience
  • 5-7 years of consulting/professional services experience
  • 5 or more years of leading change management initiatives, with technology change experience an asset.
  • Prosci Change Management Methodology certification required. Advanced certification(s) preferred.

Additional Information

Travel Requirements: This role requires 30% travel to Quebec for client engagements.

Work Location: This role is remote, ideally someone who lives locally to Quebec, New Brunswick or Ontario.

Compensation: $125-140 CAD/hr is the projected hourly rate range for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
