THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a superintendent/managerial role
2. College Diploma or Tradesman
3. Ability to work well in a team environment, and offer leadership to staff and subtrades
4. Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and knowledge of scheduling software, plumbing code and estimating is an asset
5. High level technical understanding, as it relates to Construction industry
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to deal effectively with crews, trades and suppliers
8. Strong organizational skills
9. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, as it relates to the Construction industry
10. Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and trade contractor’s scope
