About this team
The architecture group at lululemon guides the design and implementation of technical strategies that support our rapidly scaling global business. You will work in a matrixed environment alongside peers in business, technology, program, and strategy to collaboratively develop and deliver industry-leading technology solutions aligned to business goals. You will also be supported by a diverse Architecture Community of Practice, providing learning and governance resources to all architects, helping you build a robust practice of leadership grounded in technical proficiency, innovative thinking, and empathy.
A day in the life:
As a Senior Architect in the Skyline (Manhattan Active) team, you support delivery teams in developing detailed solution roadmaps for a well-defined set of capabilities or logical groups of systems, services, or projects. You partner closely with analysts, engineers, and project management to ensure implementation meets design expectations. You proactively reach out to architects and leaders in teams with which your technology integrates, driving results through strong cross-functional collaboration. You serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for capabilities in your portfolio and work actively within the Architecture Community of Practice. You will fit right in if you have:

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
