Responsibilities:

1. Train, motivate, and manage all housekeeping staff.
2. Assist with queries and guest complaints.
3. Maintain and implement procedures to ensure the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, including outside areas, rooms, and public areas.
4. Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff.
5. Manage staff rostering.
6. Perform monthly stock takes.
