Light Duty Janitors - Regina, SK

AGT Foods is seeking 2 Part-time - Light Duty Janitors for our state-of-the-art Extrusion factory in Regina, SK.This position is required one day a week, 8am to 5pm every Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of janitorial duties required to maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment in and around the facility.
• Duties included floor cleaning, mopping and cleaning of dryers including z-buckets.
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitization procedures for equipment.
• Ensure that weekly cleaning and sanitization of the extruder department are completed.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure that cleaning in accordance with established standards.
• Promoting food safety and quality culture within the organization.
• Keep records of work performed.
• Follow all Regulations and Policies of Occupational Health & Safety.
• Follow all Regulations and Policies of Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast, thorough, efficient manner with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory.
• Work may be performed for all above tasks in an environment that can be dusty.
