This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week presence in our Burlington Office.

Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President of Tech & Services for Canada you will coordinate and lead the implementation of Sodexo’s strategies for the growth and development of Facilities Management across Canada. Your expertise in facilities management, environmental services, and project management, combined with essential leadership, business development, and operational skills will demonstrate and promote Sodexo culture, values and management philosophy. Working with the Tech & Services leadership, segment leads and Business Development, the desired outcomes are to enhance and implement Sodexo’s global strategies to accelerate our Facilities Management growth through building new business partnerships; retain and enhance our current client relationships; and further the growth of facilities management in our culture and people. To this end you will lead the FM Platform team in Canada, using global metrics and support structures necessary to meet our goals.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Working closely with Sodexo’s regional and global FM team, you will engage internal stakeholders to integrate our multi-service offering with the business development, account transition, and operational excellence to support our core business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, engaging and developing the FM team and cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. You will demonstrate our core values of Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress and help lead Sodexo to be the premier outsourcing expert in Quality of Life services.
