SAP Services Account Executive (SAE) – Cloud Success – leads cloud adoption to enable customers to realize the vision of the Intelligent Enterprise with our High Growth customer base.

The SAE is responsible for positioning SAP Customer Success Services to help our customers adopt SAP solutions and transform their organizations, while leading teams and acting as the Executive escalation point for Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying, progressing, and closing complex sales to drive annual revenue of 8-12 million CAD.
  2. Building trusted relationships with our customers to advise them from software acquisition through the life of the software.
  3. Developing territory strategies and plans, leveraging available resources (e.g., SAP Lines of Business, marketing events, delivery resources, Subject Matter Experts, etc.).
  4. Acting as the Services leader for all assigned customers, managing the Services team, and being responsible for the consumption of all Services revenue.
  5. Building working relationships with license/cloud sales, alliance partners, services delivery, and product management.
  6. Being an expert in sales execution by understanding the customer’s decision-making process and developing relationships with key decision makers.

Experience and Role Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development activities including generation and management of opportunities, bids, negotiation and deal closure, and relationship management.
  2. Strong Business Acumen with the ability to demonstrate how SAP Services will generate value and provide return on investment.
  3. Self-starting problem solver with the ability to adapt and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  4. SAP product and prior enterprise business application software or implementation experience is an asset.
  5. Ability to prepare and deliver professional quality presentations to customers.
  6. Experience with complex sales and negotiations, with knowledge of key negotiation terms and conditions.
  7. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related Graduate degree is an asset.
  8. Able to conduct business in French is required.
