Job Details

Salary range: $34.30 to $44.84

Shift structure: Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day

Primary location: CASA Downtown

Union: In-scope

Status: Temporary (to approximately April 2026)

About the Role:

The Evaluation and Data Analyst works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement evaluation activities for continuous clinical and organizational quality improvement. This role offers a hybrid arrangement between work-from-home and CASA’s downtown office.

The Evaluation and Data Analyst will:

  • Develop and implement program-specific logic models and evaluation frameworks in collaboration with clinical leadership and clinical teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of an organization-wide evaluation framework.
  • Apply appropriate use of quantitative and qualitative methodologies and approaches to evaluation (e.g., evaluation design, measure selection/development, data collection, data analysis).
  • Identify, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets at the clinical program and organizational level.
  • Collect, enter and clean data for analysis.
  • Work with spreadsheets and databases, including using programming languages such as R to extract and integrate data from multiple sources and automate processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Respond to data and reporting requests as needed.
  • Translate healthcare data into insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare internal and external reports for various stakeholders including funders and community partners, and CASA’s Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and clinical leadership.
  • Prepare a variety of communication and knowledge translation materials such as reports, infographics and presentations.
Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a health-related field, such as epidemiology, program evaluation, public health, health sciences, medicine or psychology.
  • Experience developing evaluation plans and/or frameworks, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Experience applying research and evaluation methods.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a minimum of one statistical programming language such as R, SAS, SPSS, STATA, Python or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data quality management practices.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Class 5 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle.
