What You'll Do:

1. Transform user insights into compelling designs by analyzing user data and feedback to create intuitive experiences.
2. Bring ideas to life by developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
3. Enhance visual communication by optimizing PowerPoint presentations for clarity, impact, and consistency.
4. Design engaging newsletters by creating visually appealing templates that align with brand guidelines and optimize user engagement.
5. Collaborate with key stakeholders by working closely with product teams to refine designs and ensure alignment with business goals.
6. Maintain a strong design system by developing a cohesive visual language that enhances the overall user experience.
7. Improve usability by conducting usability testing, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on real user feedback.
8. Work alongside developers to ensure smooth implementation of interactive components and refined UI elements.

What We're Looking For:

1. 3-5 years of experience in UX / UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
2. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
3. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
4. Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a dynamic team environment.
7. Ability to conduct user research to understand behaviors, pain points, and needs.
8. Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
