What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee the rollout of cybersecurity changes within the organization
2. Develop OCM strategies and create communications such as emails, articles, and training materials
3. Utilize strategic thinking and OCM core skills to facilitate organizational change
4. Work independently while collaborating with various teams across the organization
5. Present change management initiatives and updates to top-level executives

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience
2. Proficient in OCM frameworks and developing communications
3. Minimum of 3 years of OCM experience
4. Strong analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources
5. Demonstrated success in change leadership and consulting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Prosci or other industry-leading OCM certification
