Senior Python Developer with Workday / ServiceNOW
This is with a global IT services firm for a leading investment/wealth management services firm.
Client Location is downtown Toronto Ontario, close to TTC and GO service.
Hybrid - In Office 3-4 days per week.
Contract - 6 months, possible renewal

Responsibilities:
- Proactively find inefficiencies in processes, suggest enhancements, and present proposals to leadership.
- Effectively collaborates with teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
- Analysis of Workday and ServiceNow processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Workday and ServiceNow ecosystem.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years' experience
- 5+ years Python development
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday and/or ServiceNow
- Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle
- Hands-on expertise in internal integrations
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to understand and interpret stakeholder requirements & translate them into meaningful metrics and reports.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
- Ability to take ownership of the process and work with minimum supervision
Nice to have:
Capital markets/investment industry experience
