What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and maintain client contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate closely with project teams to establish appropriate contract terms and conditions
- Negotiate, develop, and revise contracts, budgets, and scope of work
- Serve as the primary interface with clients for small to mid-size projects while supporting senior team members on larger projects
- Manage the contracting process to ensure timely execution of contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in contracts or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and clients
- Familiarity with the CRO, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry is ideal

- Experience in the clinical research sector or knowledge of regulatory requirements
