What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Prepare and maintain client contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date
2. Collaborate closely with project teams to establish appropriate contract terms and conditions
3. Negotiate, develop, and revise contracts, budgets, and scope of work
4. Serve as the primary interface with clients for small to mid-size projects while supporting senior team members on larger projects
5. Manage the contracting process to ensure timely execution of contracts

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in contracts or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3. Strong project management and negotiation skills
4. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and clients
5. Familiarity with the CRO, pharmaceutical, or laboratory industry is ideal
