What You'll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair marine systems and outboard engines with precision.
• Lead winterization tasks, including shrink wrapping, bottom painting, and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all systems meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in marine systems or a related field.
• Skills: Expertise in marine electrical systems, problem-solving, and technical communication.
• Certifications: Marine electrical certifications.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and extended hours when needed.
• Physical Ability: Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and navigating confined spaces.
