Waitress/Waiter

Responsibilities:

1. Offering a warm welcome to customers and directing them to their respective seating areas.
2. Accurately relaying customers’ orders and specific requests to the kitchen staff.
3. Accommodating families by providing booster seats, children’s menus, and high chairs.
4. Informing customers of daily special menu items.
5. Ensuring customers are receiving the correct orders before delivering meals to the tables.
6. Taking food and beverage orders and relaying them to the cooks.
7. Presenting guests with their bills and processing payments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proserve certification.
• Experience: Serving - 2 years (preferred).
• Licence/Certification: Smart Serve (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Additional pay: Tips

Flexible language requirement: French not required

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate: Sylvan Lake, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
