This position reports to

Manufacturing Unit Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will be a part of an 18-month rotational program focused on developing skills such as leadership and ABB product knowledge. You will complete the rotational program with the Electrification Installation Products business group, which provides customers with installation and safety solutions designed for ease of installation, maintenance, sustainability, and superior performance throughout their life span. You will attend a June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global program is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.

  1. Learn about yourself and ABB’s global business.
  2. Engage with ABB leaders, including rotation managers and mentors, who will help you develop technical and leadership skills.
  3. Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars.
  4. Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.

Qualifications for the role

  • Completed university studies before the start of the program.
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • French verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must already have work authorization that permits you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites.
