Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms who provide audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services to Canadian and international companies through their exceptional team of business professionals.

The Canadian Corporate Tax group works with clients to identify their key tax issues, make appropriate recommendations, and look for value-added opportunities. This multi-disciplinary group, comprised of professionals with backgrounds in tax, economics, law, and accounting, provides a well-rounded approach to each engagement.

As a Partner, you will operate and manage a multi-million dollar portfolio supported by an already existing team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Associates. Your knowledge will assist various clients (both public and private) ranging from Bio Technology to Manufacturing.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A professional designation with a focus on tax (CA, CMA, CGA, LLB)
2. At least ten years of Canadian Corporate Tax experience (preferably from a public accounting firm)
3. Experience supervising and coaching a diverse group of professionals
4. Experience with Business Development and Marketing in a professional services firm
5. Experience in managing a multi-million dollar portfolio
6. A team player, with outstanding organization, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
