Night Concierge

Responsibilities for Concierge - night shift, 9:30 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.

• Answer phone inquiries from residents and potential guests in a respectful manner
• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc. using a computer based platform
• Ensure that lobby area is clean and tidy at all times
• Act as a liaison between residents, contractors and guests
• Maintain inventory of supplies and advise management of new stock as needed

Qualifications for Concierge

• 2+ years of previous concierge/security experience with valid security licence
• Well spoken
• Positive phone demeanor and superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every resident feel valued
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
• Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends, 12 hour shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
