As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Omni Technology, you will turn business requirements into solutions, acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business, while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing management of the company’s Order Management Systems. What you will be doing:

1. Support with identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.
2. Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
3. Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
4. Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
5. Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
6. Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.

What you must have:

1. Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
2. Strong OMS knowledge/experience in a retail and eCommerce environment.
3. Agile/Sprint product management experience.
4. Business Analysis experience.
5. Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem.
6. Experience working with internal and external development teams.
7. Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners.
8. A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich the company’s Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
9. The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.

Salary/Rate Range: $110,000 – 150,000
