Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
• Deter criminal activity through visible presence and adherence to security procedures
• Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send them via email
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Monitor access of entryways and exit points
• Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
• Check all doors to ensure they are closed and secure
• Answer questions in person or by phone

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Available to work morning shifts and weekends
• First aid certification is an asset
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
