What you'll do:

1. Respond to Canadian law enforcement agency phone inquiries requesting assistance due to exigent (emergency) circumstances.
2. Ability to respond to all requests received over the phone and electronically in both official languages, French & English.
3. Live answer all calls to determine the nature of the law enforcement inquiry and what is required from Rogers to assist law enforcement.
4. Support 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) across Canada by facilitating access to customer information under exigent circumstances.
5. Respond to all inquiries from law enforcement agencies pursuant to their criminal investigations as per departmental procedures.
6. Analyze records and prepare reports containing data stored within business systems in response to court orders.
7. Manage special projects as assigned.

What you bring:

1. Must be fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written).
2. Must be able to work shifts (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays).
3. Applicants with a background in legal, telecommunications, or law enforcement related programs are encouraged to apply.
4. Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
5. Excellent communications and customer service skills.
6. Strict attention to detail.
7. Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
8. Previous experience in a call centre and/or customer service role is an asset.
9. Knowledge of Rogers technologies is an asset.
10. Knowledge of Vision 21, SGI, AS400, MS Word, Excel preferred.
11. Credit and criminal background checks will be conducted for all final candidates.
