QA / QC Specialist - Oil & Gas

Agilus is recruiting for a QA/QC Specialist - Oil & Gas in the oil & gas industry in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The QA/QC Specialist will support with QA/QC of projects and developing the internal QA/QC management systems. These projects will be focused on midstream projects.

A typical day:

1. Developing, reviewing, verifying, and implementing QC documents such as ITP, SDR (supplier document requisition, etc.)
2. Developing “Approved Vendor List” for Oil and Gas equipment and material.
3. Support projects and management system development.
4. Developing governing documents such as QA/QC manual, standards, procedures, check sheets.
5. High level knowledge pertaining to projects QA/QC (ITP, SDR, etc.) in procurement and execution phase of projects.
6. High level knowledge pertaining to QA/QC of manufacturing process for oil and gas equipment (valves, piping components, pumps, CP system, etc.)

Successful candidates will have:

1. Professional Engineer designation is preferred.
2. Engineering Degree.
3. + 10 years of relevant work experience (preferably work experience in owner operator companies).
4. Valid QA/QC certificates.
