About This Role

The CRM & Marketing Technologies Product Management team is a key part of the overall CRM, Digital Marketing, and AI team. The ‘Product Manager, Marketing Activations’ is the key business lead that partners with technology, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our Email, SMS & Push Marketing team has the capabilities they need to be successful.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inform the product vision and strategy through an understanding of trends in user needs, guest needs, business, and marketing technology.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with internal users of your product, business leaders in key functions related to Marketing, and the technology product teams that will be responsible for delivering solutions to the opportunities that are uncovered.
  3. Through user interviews and data insights, identify opportunities that will deliver user value, business value, and align to our Product strategy.
  4. Enroll your Product team on understanding the opportunities and problem space and work together to come up with the best solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
  5. Define problem statements and business requirements that are clear and complete. Be the reliable source of functional requirements for the technology product teams.
  6. Through product delivery, ensure that the solutions that are delivered address the intended opportunity within the pre-defined constraints (i.e., business, legal, operations, etc.).
  7. Ensure your Product team and stakeholders are continually engaged and informed on the product roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 3+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products, with preference for experience in internal-facing products and Marketing technology.
  2. Preference for platform experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, eCommerce, technology, analytics).
  4. Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product discovery and delivery.
  5. Proficient in requirements gathering, business modeling, iteration scoping, and use case creation.
  6. Extensive experience with conceptualizing and directing team initiatives from start to finish, in alignment with clear design and business outcomes.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including strategy, engineering, and product management.
  8. Natural ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
  9. A natural with effective communication and design storytelling regardless of audience.
  10. Excellent leadership skills, problem resolution abilities, and good judgment.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $138,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
