We are looking for a full-time Cleaner to join our Residential Rentals team! Experience what it means to be part of our family and build a career you’re proud of.

About The Role

1. Travel to various apartment buildings within the designated area to perform cleaning duties.
2. Clean common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
3. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as required.
4. Dust and wipe down surfaces such as handrails, windowsills, and fixtures.
5. Empty and sanitize trash bins and recycling containers.
6. Clean and disinfect restrooms and other communal areas.
7. Clean and disinfect turnover suites.
8. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to building management.
9. Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
10. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard within the allotted time.
11. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
12. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle is required.

Experience

1. Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
4. Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
6. Physical ability to lift heavy items, operate cleaning equipment, and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
7. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
