Schedule: Monday - Friday

Rate Compensation: $42.00 - $58.00 per hour (based on experience; option to work under a variable pay model including Fee for Service is available)

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Registered (or eligible) with the College of Physical Therapists of BC.
• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is an asset.
• IMS/Dry Needling certification or advanced orthopedic courses are a plus.
• New grads are welcome!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Track and evaluate client progress, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with fellow rehabilitation professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Use e-charting software to document sessions efficiently.
• Manage a diverse caseload in a dynamic clinic setting.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
