In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to:

  • Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the project.
  • Develop and maintain project workplan.
  • Coordinate with necessary team members.
  • Develop and monitor project metrics.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings.
  • Conduct project site visits if applicable.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
  • This is an on-site position, and only local candidates will be considered. Regular in-office attendance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports.
  • Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PEng, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, Architect AIBC, AScT.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6, and ability to interpret construction schedules.
  • Previous experience working on healthcare projects.

  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
