SEO Strategist & Account Manager

GrowthEngine Media is seeking to hire an experienced SEO strategist to help meet accelerating client demands. SEO expertise is central to this role: the successful applicant will be comfortable assuming a leadership position and spearheading the implementation of a process-driven SEO strategy. We are looking for an applicant with a sophisticated understanding of best practices that improve and maintain websites' search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of clients’ SEO-related tasks and deliverables
• Act as primary point of contact for GrowthEngine SEO clients
• Provide knowledgeable consultation on SEO subjects, including:
• Keyword Research and Analysis
• Reporting
• Optimization of Client Assets
• Site Development
• Content Strategy
• Link-Building and Content Promotion
• Technical Site Audits; Monitoring Sites
• Performance Measurement and Reporting
• Propose Product Offerings Based on Clients’ Unique Circumstances

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of digital marketing and SEO experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or college equivalent
• Comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms and results features
• Ability to identify technical hurdles and recommend effective solutions
• Experience with industry standard tools
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Broad understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
