Job Title: SFDC Data Admin Architect

Remote work - Canada

12 Months Contract

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Critical aspect of efficiently utilizing SF CRM is to manage and analyze data, understand how it is structured, stored, and used.
• SFDC Data Architects design and maintain this architecture ensuring seamless flow of data within SF environments.
• Design and develop data models that align with business processes and objectives. Understand the standard and custom objects, fields and their relationships.
• Implement data integration strategies for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Ensure data correctness, reliability, and adherence to rules and standards in the industry. Implement data validation , de-duplication to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Plan and execute data migration and transformation projects. Ensure data is accurately mapped, transformed and loaded into the new environment.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to optimize data architecture and performance

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Advanced Data Administrator Certification
• Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Salesforce Administration role
• Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification for nearshore
• 5+ years’ experience in Data , configuration of email templates, Assignment Rules, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues and public groups, role hierarchy and user profile management, and Reports and dashboards
