Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our online store and managing our product inventory. This position will oversee all aspects of e-commerce inventory, including stock monitoring, data entry, order fulfillment, and online product management. Responsibilities:

  • Website and Product Management:
    • Ensure seamless functionality, user experience, and design for an optimal e-commerce shopping journey.
    • Maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance appeal and SEO.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy:
    • In collaboration with the Marketing Team, develop and execute online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) to drive traffic and sales.
    • Monitor and refine strategies to improve click-through rates, conversions, and sales performance.
    • Leverage digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads/Meta Ads, to boost online visibility and attract new customers.
  • Customer Experience and Support:
    • Enhance the user experience through traffic analysis, customer feedback, and optimizing product pages.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, product issues, or technical site challenges.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track key website metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV, bounce rates) to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Generate and present reports on sales, campaign results, and KPIs with actionable insights for management.
    • Use analytics tools to drive performance optimizations across all e-commerce channels.
  • Inventory and Order Management:
    • Collaborate with inventory and fulfillment teams to maintain stock accuracy, timely order processing, and efficient delivery.
  • Technological and Platform Management:
    • Oversee e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay), ensuring functionality and resolving issues as needed.
    • Stay informed on e-commerce trends and technologies to recommend updates and performance-enhancing tools.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with multi-channel e-commerce (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and marketplace management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management preferably in a B2C environment.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years in digital marketing and inventory management (preferred).
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Proficient in using major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay). Experience with third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping solutions, etc.) is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid social, retargeting, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Project Management:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-Centric:
    • A deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively present ideas and results to stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Minimum 2 year college diploma (required).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $55,271.00-$94,642.00 per year
