E-Commerce Assistant (Amazon)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant (Amazon) at Nellie’s Clean located in North Vancouver, BC. As we receive an abundance of applications, please do not apply if you cannot work on-site in North Vancouver, BC.

The Job Duties will include:

1. Assistance with creating and maintaining listings on Nellie’s Amazon account.
2. Creating and processing shipments, maintaining inventory and stock levels.
3. Creating and following up on open cases with Amazon support.
4. Providing administrative support to Nellie’s Amazon US and Canadian accounts.
5. Processing customer orders and providing exceptional customer service.
6. Working with the in-house inventory system ‘Fishbowl’ to track orders, create shipments and maintain Amazon inventory.

Qualifications:

1. Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
6. Experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
