What you will do?
Role Profile:
The full-time eCommerce Account Manager will lead and manage key emerging online accounts that are critical to the company’s growth in the US, Canada, and Global Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with eCommerce partners, driving account strategies, actioning needs across our ecommerce platforms and expanding your product knowledge to further increase and manage our online presence. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage product listings, analyze sales performance and ensure profitability. Key to this position will be to maintain brand integrity, assure consistency, and enhance site visibility while driving market share across multiple platforms. The role requires someone with an analytical mindset to execute online sales needs, who is data-driven and can analyze performance, and who collaborates cross-functionally to ensure our products are positioned for success.

Location: Role is based in office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and preference will be given to candidates who reside in Saskatoon. We will also consider remote candidates who meet all criteria and have a willingness to travel periodically.
Reporting: Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end performance of our ecommerce channels (Amazon, Sam’s Club, Shopify, etc.), ensuring consistent branding, high-conversion product listings, Customer interaction management, and effective use of platform-specific tools and features. Develop and nurture strong relationships with eCommerce partners to drive engagement and growth opportunities.
- Sales Growth Strategy: Lead strategic discussions to expand the company’s presence across all online accounts and develop/execute actions to drive sales and increase market share across all platforms. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, optimize product pages, and improve conversion rates.
- Product Listings Optimization: Create and maintain optimized product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to ensure high visibility and ranking on search engines within the respective ecommerce platforms. Manage and organize all account-related data, using analytics to identify trends and consumer behaviors.
- Performance Optimization & Reporting: Monitor platform performance through regular analysis and audit of sales metrics, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Provide actionable insights and reports to key stakeholders, recommending adjustments and new opportunities based on data-driven results. Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking performance across channels to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met.
- Customer Experience & Feedback Management: Monitor customer feedback and product reviews to ensure high satisfaction levels. Proactively manage customer service informational and sales inquiries and address negative reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Trend Analysis & Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, consumer behavior shifts, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement. Monitor and report on competitor activity, identifying opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage in the digital marketplace.
What you will bring?
- At least 3+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, category management or digital marketing, preferably within CPG or retail knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tactics and a proven track record for scaling and managing eCommerce businesses across multiple platforms like Amazon, Shopify and Walmart.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem solving and a deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies.
- Experience in driving revenue growth.
- A data-first mindset and continuously testing content, emails, CTA to optimize conversion rates.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with cross-functional technical and business teams in a distributed environment.
- Solid understanding of user experience, site operations, and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in analysis tools (Google Suite, Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Shopify, etc.) and SEO best practices a must.
- Critical and out-of-the-box thinking skills, curiosity, and high follow through.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
