DZ Truck Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle freight with care. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, utilizing electric pallet truck or other heavy equipment as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel use, and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy-duty commercial driving experience required.
• Valid DZ License is required.
• Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight handling.
• Ability to operate electric pallet truck and heavy equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must pass a background check.
