We are a busy 35-seat bar with a classically rooted cocktail program, focused on hospitality. We’re looking for one dynamic individual who can seamlessly take on the roles of bartender, server, and support, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

You’re a genuine, positive, and outgoing professional with experience in elevated service environments. You have a passion for food and drink, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to contributing to a high-performing team. We believe in meaningful connections—only applicants who have experienced our bar as guests will be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

1. Bartend with precision, crafting classic and innovative cocktails while maintaining high service standards.
2. Provide exceptional table and bar service, ensuring guests have an outstanding experience.
3. Support the bar and floor by preparing our snack menu, assisting with bar prep, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
4. Manage a busy section while contributing to a seamless team-service dynamic.

Requirements

1. Excellent palate and strong cocktail knowledge (or a willingness to learn).
2. Previous experience in an elevated bar or restaurant environment is a MUST.
3. Ability to multitask and transition between roles as needed.
4. Genuine, friendly, and professional attitude with a guest-first mindset.
