Starting Salary: Bartender: $17.20/hour & Food & Beverage Supervisor: $25.10/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in customer service to create a memorable dining experience.
• Prepare beverages in accordance with high-quality standards.
• Provide feedback on recipes and guest preferences.
• Engaging with guests and promote products and events.

What You Bring

Bartender role:

• Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment.
• Serving It Right (BC)/ Proserve (Alberta) certificate/ Smart Serve (Ontario).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be 19 years of age or older in British Columbia and 18 years of age or older in Alberta.
• Can assess situations carefully and are sensitive in dealing with people.

Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Manages staff service activities, resources, budget and scheduling.
• Supervises and mentors the team; conduct recruitment, training, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Contributes to the menu and ensures that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliber.
• Maintains and promotes updated knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with management and coordinates food and beverage service for special events.
