We’re looking for a Full-time Stock Supervisor for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a Full-time Stock Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be a role model for service standards, coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales and web orders as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
  3. Facilitates achievement of business results by role modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
  4. Ensures store appearance and visual standards/presentation are consistent with the respective DBC brand image.
  5. Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.
  6. Fosters teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  7. Maintains effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  8. Opens and closes the store proficiently.

Qualifications:

  1. Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  2. Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs.
  3. Motivated and driven to achieve results.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
  5. Openness to learn and develop new skills.
  6. Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
  7. Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including early morning shifts, closing shifts, and weekends as required.
