Work Schedule: 8 hour shift

Term of Employment: Full time

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clean and prepare surfaces
2. Installing drywall sheets
3. Installing various types of ceiling systems
4. Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
5. Install acoustic tile and hangers for suspended ceilings
6. Install sheathing, weather barriers, etc.
7. Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages

Start date: as soon as possible

Required Education: Secondary school

Required Work Experience or Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years

Own Tools/Equipment:

• Steel toe work boots
• Hard hat
• Own transportation to and from work

Personal Suitability: Team player, reliable, punctual

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Working conditions can be dusty, noisy

Qualifications: WHMIS 2015 course
