The Swamper/Driver Helper accompanies the Driver through dense areas for waste pickup, and pulls loaded bins, opens gates, and guides the driver in tight spaces. Responsibilities also include manually servicing carts for recycle and organic waste. The Driver and Driver Helper/Swamper ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service.

Hourly rate: $19.00

Shift timing: Monday to Friday, early morning start.

As a condition of employment, all new employees to safety sensitive positions must successfully pass a substance test within a two-week period of their hiring date.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks
  • Willing and able to do strong physical work (lift up to 50 lbs continuously), outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Driver’s License
