Job Description
We are currently searching for a Document Control Representative in our Calgary office. The successful candidate will assist project delivery teams with the preparation, maintenance, and tracking of documents and workflow deadlines that are part of complex projects.

Job Requirements
What you will bring:
• A Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in document control.
• Proficiency in the MS Office software suite, including advanced Excel skills (for example, the ability to use pivot tables, hyperlinks, and advanced formulas).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• The desire and ability to organize data.
• Ability to identify efficiencies and streamline processes.
• Tracking workflows and reporting the status proactively to the team.
• Ensuring that documents and drawings are reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
• Checking revision control and confirming company procedures are being followed.
• Archiving documents and drawings.
• Experience in the engineering consulting industry is an asset.
• Knowledge and understanding of civil construction is an asset.
• Knowledge of scheduling software is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience with SharePoint is an asset.
• Knowledge and experience with Procore is an asset.
• Experience with other project management-based working platforms is an asset (for example, Projectwise, Aconex).
Education: Post-Secondary Diploma
