Job Duties:

1. Supervise and schedule the activities of food service staff, ensuring proper preparation and portioning of food items.
2. Structure and organize work schedules and procedures.
3. Estimate and keep track of food requirements, placing orders for necessary supplies.
4. Resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
5. Ensure the established food preparation and service quality meets control standards.
6. Provide training to food service staff covering job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
