Position Overview

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November. The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including:

1. Sales
2. Payroll
3. Recruiting
4. Training
5. Employee relations
6. Expense control
7. Shrink and all related functions

Duties also include the construction and opening, operating, and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old
• Have a flexible schedule
• 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position

Physical Demands: The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
