Our District Sales Managers work hard to provide strategic growth for the region as well as develop, mentor and train a team of Commercial Insurance Specialists. They use their expert industry knowledge to maintain and grow key accounts as well as setting up their team for success.

They are passionate about leading teams and realize when everyone succeeds, Federated Insurance succeeds. Working with the senior leadership team, they are responsible for their region's strategic plan, budget, and recruitment strategy.

• Post-secondary education (College or University)
• 5 years of experience in insurance
