DISTRICT RECEPTIONIST **This position is located in Red Deer, AB

The District Receptionist will be a member of the District Support Department responsible for daily administrative functions in the District Office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Office Administration, the District Receptionist will focus on answering phone calls, greeting and redirecting incoming customers, completing data entry, reporting, and reconciliations for the District Departments and supporting the Supervisor, Office Administration.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Answer phone calls, greet and redirect incoming customers, guests and applying candidates
  2. Office troubleshooting resource for printers and office equipment maintenance
  3. Process employee expense reports for payment
  4. Responsible for the reconciliation of MasterCard statements in the district
  5. Process and facilitate the flow of Payroll paperwork to corporate office
  6. Invoice reconciliation, processing and preparation for various vendor requirements
  7. Review field tickets for accuracy and submit to account receivable for processing
  8. Prepare and submit Field Bonuses and Transport Bonuses for payment to employees
  9. Prepare weekly reports and ensure all deadlines are met
  10. Distribute incoming mail and prepare mail to be sent to other districts
  11. Order supplies for office and department specific forms
  12. Process and complete purchase orders
  13. Provide accurate month end vendor totals
  14. Other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. High school diploma is required
  2. Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe required
  3. 1 – 2 years administrative experience
