Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability across the district.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their goals.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store management teams, focusing on talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Effectively communicate with the regional management team, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and HR, to execute company initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a multi-store or district manager capacity.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
