We are a fast-growing company and currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team.

Work Location: In person – 880 Wright St, Strathroy, ON

Salary: Based on experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in dry van or refrigerated logistics
• Proven ability to communicate with customers, drivers, and operations teams
• Experience with dispatch software
• Familiarity with load boards like DAT and Load Link for return loads
• Positive attitude
• Clean Criminal Search

Responsibilities:

• Manage Ontario-Texas lane operations, including dedicated outbound freight, LTL shipments, and full loads
• Maximize truck utilization and revenue on return loads and round trips
• Maintain and develop relationships with direct customers
• Coordinate with an established company driver base
• Monitor key performance metrics, including revenue per mile, gross revenue, and overall utilization
