Job Title: Discipleship Pastor

Purpose Statement: To provide pastoral care and leadership to our church family and community that are aligned with the strategy of the church: Know God, Love People, Impact our City.

Reports to: Adult Ministries Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pastoral care and support to church members.

2. Lead discipleship programs and initiatives.

3. Collaborate with church leadership to develop strategies for community engagement.

4. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We are a multi-cultural church located at 2885 Kennedy Road in Scarborough, Ontario. We have been serving our community for well over 50 years and now meet in 4 other locations: Clairlea.Church, ParkwayForest.Church, WestHill.Church, and more.
