Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team as Director.

DIRECTOR, SUPPLY CHAIN

Join Plasman as the Director of Supply Chain where you will lead and optimize our supply chain operations ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment with our business goals. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing procurement, logistics, and inventory management while driving innovation and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities In Supply Chain Management

1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Optimize logistics and distribution networks to improve delivery performance and reduce lead times.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory management best practices and minimize excess inventory.
4. Lead initiatives to improve supply chain sustainability and resilience against disruptions.
5. Implement cutting-edge technologies to streamline supply chain operations and enhance data analytics capabilities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliable sourcing strategies.
7. Mentor and develop the supply chain team to support professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are preferred.
2. Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
3. Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy development and execution.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision making.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
6. Experience with advanced supply chain software and tools.
7. Outstanding communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
