The Director, Signature Experiences will spearhead the development and execution of Kensington Tours’ Signature Experiences initiatives. This role encompasses full-cycle leadership from sourcing and business development through to product integration and account management. Signature Experiences are our premium, often exclusive services designed to elevate customer experiences through unique, hard-to-find, or elevated tours and events that surpass typical offerings and outshine our competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of Signature Experiences initiatives, including concept ideation, sourcing, product development, and integration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with Kensington Tours’ standards and innovative approach to travel.
- Work closely with the Product and Itineraries teams to seamlessly integrate exceptional experiences into our travel portfolio.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring that bespoke experiences meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to effectively promote these unique experiences.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring Kensington Tours remains at the forefront of the travel industry.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Signature Experiences, incorporating feedback and insights from clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, tour operations, or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of executing unique and successful travel products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Deep understanding of the luxury travel market and customer expectations.
