The Risk Management Team’s mandate is to support the achievement of OMERS business objectives by overseeing the actions undertaken by Management to address key investment, pension, governance and legal, operational, people and strategic risks in an integrated and holistic manner. We strive to help OMERS understand and actively decide upon the risks we’re taking in the pursuit of our business objectives.
In support of Risk’s objectives, the Risk Analytics team is focused on providing investment risk analysis support, risk modeling oversight, and end-user data, analytics and risk tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Risk Modeling to lead the risk modeling oversight function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of risk modeling techniques, a proven track record of navigating complex financial instruments, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
