As the Senior Director of Resourcing, you will be responsible for ensuring all North America audits are staffed with resources that meet the business knowledge, technical requirements, and location needs for each audit project. This role supports the North America Audit and Advisory teams, comprising 15 outstanding teams. You will lead project assignments for approximately 70 staff members. Additionally, you will support the career development of our audit team members and lead the project management activities that support the development and delivery of the annual audit plan. This newly established role is crucial in supporting the audit practice to provide high-quality, professional, and valuable Assurance and Advisory services. Through effective coordination, strategic talent management, and proactive planning, you will help champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, ensuring that the audit team is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Salary range is expected to be between: $103,050.00 CAD - $185,490.00 CAD
